พระสมเด็จวัดระฆัง พิมพ์ใหญ่พระประธาน

พระสมเด็จองค์นี้เป็นวัตถุโบราณประเภทพระเครื่อง เชื่อว่าเป็นพระสมเด็จวัดระฆัง ที่สร้างขึ้นในช่วงรัชกาลที่ 4 - 5 โดยสมเด็จพระพุฒาจารย์ (โต พรหมรังสี) วัดระฆังโฆสิตาราม วัตถุทำจากผงพุทธคุณ ผสมว่าน เกสรดอกไม้ ดิน และปูน ซึ่งถือเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของพระสมเด็จแท้ องค์พระมีลักษณะเรียบง่ายแต่สง่างาม แสดงถึงอัตลักษณ์แห่งศิลปะพุทธศิลป์ในสมัยต้นกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ องค์พระได้รับการตรวจสอบอายุโดยใช้เทคนิค Luminescence Dating ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการทางวิทยาศาสตร์อันทันสมัย พบว่าอายุอยู่ที่ 173 ± 21 ปี (B.E.2372 - 2414) หรือ ราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 24 - 25 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการสร้างในยุคสมเด็จโต พระองค์นี้จึงถือเป็นวัตถุที่มีคุณค่าทั้งทางวัตถุ ประวัติศาสตร์ และจิตใจ This Phra Somdej is an ancient amulet. It is believed to be a Phra Somdej Wat Rakhang created during the reign of King Rama IV - V by Somdej Phra Buddhacarya (To Phrommarangsi) of Wat Rakhang Khositaram. The object is made from sacred powder mixed with herbs, flower pollen, soil and cement, which is considered a characteristic of a genuine Phra Somdej. The Buddha image has a simple but elegant appearance, reflecting the identity of Buddhist art in the early Rattanakosin period. The Buddha image has been examined for age using the Luminescence Dating technique, which is a modern scientific method. It was found to be 1ึ73 ± 21 years old (B.E.2372 - 2414) or around the 24th - 25th Buddhist century, which is consistent with its creation during the era of Somdej To. Therefore, this antique is considered an object with material, historical and spiritual value.
